BU School of Tourism host first virtual lecture

Bournemouth University School of Tourism host their first virtual lecture with Montclair State University, USA.

Today Bournemouth University hosted a virtual interactive lecture with Montclair State University in the USA.

Both cohorts were given the lecture by Dr Heather Hartwell titled "Believe it or not hungry in hospital, eat well in prison" that focused on food service in hospitals and prisons.

Both cohorts were able to see and interact with each other throughout the lecture and were given the opportunity to ask questions and debate the topic at the end of the lecture.

This is the first time that Bournemouth University has hosted a virtual interactive lecture and is certainly something that we hope to repeat in the future as both sets of students seemed to gain a lot from the experience.
