Jerome has been deeply involved in the latest Web 2.0 technologies and gained invaluable insights into the various means online businesses are emphasizing on their brand awareness and developing a strong user base by using the so called 'Self Generated Content Strategies'.

Prior to founding, Jerome was a consultant in telecommunications and high tech at Accenture, working primarily on CRM solutions for major accounts such as British Telecommunications and Microsoft.

The event is organised by Professor Dimitrios Buhalis as part of the International Centre for Tourism & Hospitality Research (ICTHR) and the Creative Digital Economy cross research theme at BU.
