The School of Applied Sciences has launched a new International Travel Grant scheme.
Twenty grants of £500 will be available to support BSc, BA and MSc students hoping to enhance their degree experience and careers prospects by undertaking high quality overseas fieldwork.
Eligible activities include placements, other work experience, directed research projects, independent research projects, expeditions and international field schools.

Submissions will be judged competitively based on the quality of the application and must be received by 5pm Monday 28 February 2011. Successful applicants will be notified in March 2011.
