Placement and International fieldwork

Students can find out more about international fieldwork and placements in the Retreat, Poole House at 5pm on Monday 31 January 2011

The School of Applied Sciences is hosting a Placement and International Fieldwork Fair this month.

Information will be available on overseas research project opportunities and work experience, as well as advice on the International Travel Grant scheme.

There will be an exhibition of posters designed by students to showcase their placement activity. Others will be able to discuss the placement with them to find out more about their experiences and the opportunities it offered.

Students from the School of Applied Sciences are invited and the event is free, with a glass of wine and nibbles included.

It takes place on Monday 31 January in the Retreat, Poole House from 5pm to 6.30pm.
