First year students to participate in Computing in Business Week from 30 April - 4 May. |
First year students from the Computing Framework in DEC will take part in Computing in Business Week from 30 April - 4 May.
They will spend a week creating, developing and building a software solution to a particular business issue or initiative.
Representatives from the British Computer Society will be on hand all week to address any professional issues arising during the development stages.
The week culminates with an exhibition on Friday where the student teams will demonstrate their software to invited business professionals, schools and other visitors.
