News Archive - Story 9Sports Placement Student in the newsSports Psychology and Coaching Sciences student, Tom Bates has made the local press in an article about the Science of Sport. Tom is currently on his placement year working with the Cherries under 18's youth team. He is working on imporving the players mental state with a selection of exercises to ensure they stay focused and keep positive during the game. Tom believes that "the mind has a major part to play in the future of football". |
