We attended the Hotel & Catering Show in Bournemouth

We attended the Hotel and Catering Show and Hospitlaity South Conference at the Bournemouth International Centre on 6th-7th March 2007. Academics from the School of Services Managment such as Professor Nigel Hemmington, Dean and Bruce Grant-Braham FHCIMA Lecturer in Hospitality and Retail spoke at the conference.
