Steven Ersser, Professor of Nursing Development and Skin Care Research in BU's School of Health and Social Care will chair the one-day Nursing Meeting of the World Congress of Dermatology this weekend.
The meeting is the largest dermatology gathering held worldwide, and the first event of its kind to be broadcast over the internet.

As Chair and Co-Founder of the International Skin Care Nursing Group (ISNG), Professor Ersser has developed the programme for the Congress.
The theme is 'International Developments in Skin Care Nursing: Promoting access to quality dermatology care'. The programme showcases ways in which nurses are helping to meet the skin-related health needs of people worldwide and improving their quality of life.
The ISNG is a network of over 300 health professionals – mainly nurses – from some 32 countries, who are committed to promoting access to skin care worldwide, through access to expertise.
