20 June 2007
BU opens its doors to prospective students this Saturday 23 June. |
We look forward to welcoming everyone who has registered for our Undergraduate Open Day this Saturday 23 June.
If you haven't already, there's still time to register for the open day online.
The event runs from 10.30am, with a rolling programme of talks and tours until 4.00pm, so you don't have to arrive precisely on time and you’re welcome to spend as long as you like during your visit.
The Open Day on our Talbot Campus covers a wide range of undergraduate courses – from Archaeology to Tourism Management – so please come and find out more about the academic and social life at BU.
However, if you are thinking of studying a course in Health and Social Care – including Midwifery, Nursing or Social Work – you should visit our Lansdowne Campus, near the town centre of Bournemouth, on the day.
If you pre-registered before midnight on Tuesday 19 June, you should receive full details in the post prior to the Open Day.
If you register after midnight you should receive an email confirmation with links to download the programme and location of the Open Day for your particular course.
Please take the opportunity to explore the Bournemouth and Poole area if you have not been here before.
For those visiting us our Talbot Campus, you can park on site.
For those visiting our Lansdowne Campus, you’ll need to use the York Road ‘pay and display’ car park, opposite Bournemouth House (please refer to our Lansdowne Campus map for further information). Car park signage will direct you as approach Bournemouth House.
We look forward to welcoming you to BU!
