BU's newest graduates will be honoured during annual Spring Awards Ceremonies on Saturday April 21. |
Hundreds of graduates from a range of subject areas will be awarded their degrees, diplomas and professional qualifications over three ceremonies on the University's Talbot Campus.
Special guests attending the ceremonies include local Mayors and the High Sheriff of Dorset.
This is the eighth consecutive year that BU will host Spring Ceremonies on campus.
Traditionally, the University hosts its Awards Ceremonies at the Bournemouth International Centre in November.
“This annual occasion provides an excellent opportunity for graduates in a number of subject areas who are confirmed as award recipients outside of the usual academic period to receive their degrees and diplomas,” said Charles Elder, Press and Public Relations Manager for the University.
“Hosting ceremonies at the University is also special as many families and friends of graduates may not have visited our campus before so we’re looking forward to welcoming people from across the country and abroad.”
