MA Multimedia Journalism students sweep the board at BJTC awards

Graduates from Bournemouth University’s MA Multi-Media Journalism course have won all three awards for online journalism awarded this year by the Broadcast Journalism Training Council (BJTC).

The awards went to Swetha Gopinath, Hannah Gurney and Tierney Smith, in recognition of their outstanding work in their MA journalism website projects.

The BJTC is the national accreditation body which oversees the professional training of journalists for work in the broadcast industry.

The prestigious prizes won by the three graduates recognize the industry-level standard of their work and the high standards achieved on the BJTC accredited MA Multimedia Journalism course.
