New bursary scheme for the school |
The School of Conservation Sciences has offered Bursaries to International Postgraduate students for several years and has now unveiled plans to offer Postgraduate Bursaries to UK/EU students to encourage well-qualified applicants onto its range of innovative full-time MA and MSc courses.
The bursaries, starting in October 2007, will be in the form of reductions in the course fees. The value of the bursaries will be £1,000 for applicants with a First Class or 2i degree and £500 for students with a 2ii degree in an appropriate subject area.
To be eligible for the award of a bursary the student must be financing their study from their own resources and not in receipt of any other form of sponsorship.
* The 10% loyalty discount offered to BU graduates will be replaced by the above bursaries.
